FFXIVHunt now without Game Assets

In order to follow the TOS of SQUARE ENIX and FINAL FANTASY XIV, all Game Assets that have been extracted from the game data, have been removed and replaced with hand drawn graphics. This includes:

  • Daily Hunt Targets
  • B-Rank Hunt Targets
  • Maps
  • Map graphics such as Aetherytes
  • Currencies
  • Items

Screenshots luckily do not fall under these policies and therefore, they can still be displayed.

This change had to be completed in a hurry to meet today's deadline, April 1st (JST) and therefore some graphics might look less refined than others. I tried to keep the integrity of the website up as much as possible. Some graphics will likely have to be adjusted and I await your feedback what you think of this new look.

More updates on this will likely follow tomorrow.

Hunt Updates Patch 6.0

Marks defeated in the new areas will also yield Sacks of Nuts, which can be exchanged for various items. Players must first complete the following quest before taking up the Hunt in these areas:

The Hunt for Specimens

Disciple of War or Magic level 80
Old Sharlayan (X:11.2 Y:12.0)
Diminutive Gleaner
Players must first complete the quest "Elite and Dangerous" and have progressed to a certain point in the main scenario.

You can exchange Sacks of Nuts for items with the following NPCs:

  • Old Sharlayan (X:11.9 Y:13.2) - J'lakshai
  • Radz-at-Han (X:10.5 Y:7.4) - Wilmetta
